Below you’ll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our jewelry, shipping, materials, and care. We hope this helps you feel confident and supported as you shop. Orders & Shipping:

How long will it take for me to receive my jewelry?

Your order will ship between 2-3 business days after your order is placed.  We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.  Depending on the shipping you choose it will take approximately 2-10 business days to arrive.  *Custom orders may require additional time.

How is my jewelry shipped?

We use USPS for all of our shipping, which will include tracking.  We ship via ground unless you upgrade to another form of shipping.  Once the package is delivered to USPS we are no longer responsible for the package.  It is up to the carrier to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely. 

Exchanges and Returns:

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Not the right fit?  Reach out to us to exchange or request a return.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items or pieces after 14 business days from purchase.  All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning by mail.  We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.

How do I start a return or exchange?

General:

Where do you get your stones?

We hand-cut all our stones from raw material, which means we’re connected to every step of the process.  It gives us total creative control, and it means what you’re wearing is something truly rare and thoughtfully made.

How are your pieces made?

All of our pieces are handmade in our studio in Virginia.  We use a variety of techniques including lapidary, soldering, hammering, cutting, stone setting and more.

What materials do you use?

All of our pieces are made with natural gemstone and freshwater pearls unless noted in the description.  We use only .925 sterling silver, which is nickel free, and 14kt gold filled metals.  Remember, keeping your piece away from harsh chemicals and removing it before swimming or bathing will increase the longevity of it.

Do your gemstones have healing properties?

While we deeply appreciate the beauty, symbolism, and metaphysical traditions associated with natural stones, they are not scientifically proven to provide healing or medical benefits.  Our jewelry is intended for personal enjoyment and spiritual inspiration.  For any health concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified medical professional.
